I live rural really far from a proper city, closest small town like 20 miles away. Starlink is the premium choice in the country, many country homes can get a 4GLTE modem or line-of-site service (popular in flat states) at about half the price as Starlink. If you can't get those, then you probably left with Huges net which seems like what you referenced there.
The 4GLTE modem with directional antenna can be a great setup for country folk
Edit: Its worth mentioning that Starlink doesn't really get FCC handouts, good-ole-boys club doesn't like him. Perhaps the rural services could have been cheaper if FCC would subsidize it more like they do failed ISPs all over the states.
