Not for this guy but if you’re sentenced for life long prison, why not be forced to serve the society that you undermined

At some point an example needs to be made. Take something like this, blow it so big that the entire country sees and slap a 25-year sentence on him.

I think CIRCA 2010 maybe "prank videos" took over YouTube. They died off but these new short clip sites / apps seem to be causing a bit of a resurgence.

Let me ask you this, is your opposition to the death penalty exclusively because of innocents that get incarcerated?

generally speaking, yes. now that's not a debate-proof answer, i probably haven't thought of every argument imaginable, but my general take is that if the justice system was perfect, and we could have absolute certainty about crimes committed, there are things that should be punishable by death.

that said, do you agree that given the imperfection of our justice system, medical experimentation should not be conducted on prisoners, or are you still unsure about it?
