Yep, it's not a big deal, and we shouldn't care if he's in debt or uses his PAC to pay. This said, I was still curious to know why.
My personal opinion is that the guy is doing shenanigans on everything. I know some people like this; for them, it's like a passion or an obsession.

I'm not sure it's good for a president.
