"It's never RICO" is basically the lawsplainer version of house's '"it's never lupus'".

When you think about it, its really a demented fun house mirror. Trump sought desperately to find evidence of nefarious voter fraud to overturn the election and couldn't, because it didn't exist. There was no beef. He tried and tried and turned up nothing. Democrats sought desperately to find evidence of nefarious collusion between Trump and Russia, of tax cheating, of a riot conspiracy, of whatever the ukrainian led impeachment nonsense was. And couldn't. There was no beef. They tried and tried and turned up nothing.

So I guess what democrats are doing are a bit like if Trump had clung to power, refused to leave the white house and ordered the national guard to detain the democrats in congress as the despotic tyrant they always accused him of being. But he didn't. He told everyone to go home in peace. Democrats meanwhile keep racking up a body count of murdered Trump supporters.

This kind of aggressive game theory makes me figure that if Joe Biden is put into a nuclear brinksmanship scenario, he'll shoot first, even if we're not even at the edge.

No beef? They found loads of links of trump adjacent people with russia, they could not put the man in the room, that was all, saying there was no beef is nonsense, same with tax fraud, we know he did it, he just has good lawyers when he pays them.

Reuters has updated the article in the OP. But I still see no mention of arrest warrants.
That doesn't mean they weren't issued. It just means that Reuters hasn't verified it yet.
