No, that is socialism - communism means something far greater - communism means the abolition of money as a whole, the abolition of all private property, and the abolition of the concept of a state in itself with borders. It's a utopian ideal, it's the atheists version of Heaven, its an abstract idea that can never be achieved in the physical world
