It's a spectrum of development. Arbitrary classifications to somehow make one okay to murder and vacuum out of uterus is pretty inhumane.

The 'okayness' is not necessarily the result of the spectrum of development, but rather a result of two beings coexisting in the same space. Such superposition of 'rights' cannot exist, and we all merely come down on one side or the other.

A fetus is a life, but personally the right and protection of bodily autonomy is based.
