the simplest take-away here is that society works far more effective than govt. different regimes tried decades to get diversity inclusion, but it was the PR effect on corporations for being "too white" that made it happen in reality.

so many things with ultimately moral aims sound good on paper, but they're really just a dump for tax money.

I was saying AA laws are not necessary because discrimination based on race is already illegal. The way to improve black performance is more arrests, school discipline, unbroken family structures, kids after marriage rather than before, etc, etc.

Dummy, the article says it was found illegal and is being rectified. That's how we enforce laws, they prevent and punish crimes. The Federal Institution, with it's Federal Laws prohibiting discrimination and racism, is intervening to prevent discrimination and racism.

curious what your galaxy brain computes when i ask you about the fact that the US has the highest incarceration rates in the entire world yet they are far far far behind the top in terms of racial equality?
