The modern day western cultural super right wing or hyper left wing views on gender ideology is just that, a modern view. Over time it will change.
Different Cultures celebrate it in different ways.
in filopino lore Buddha says it isn't their fault they are ladyboys its just the universe "punishing" them so there is no need to be mean or rude or call them different because they are just as equal as everyone else, and by virtue of them being a ladyboy they have paid their dues and are able to move forward in this life with dignity.
In Rome and in general white people throughout history loved to castrate boys and treat them like women for the rest of their lives. Look up the true story of Nero and Sporus, real life is more fucked up than any fiction, thats all I can say/
So to conclude I think its pretty natural and perfectly fine although I admit I am ignorant when it comes to the 'modern' western hyper leftist approach and don't think that in itself is healthy (although 'healthier' than super right wing approach to literally kill them/ treat them as sub humans) but I digress.
