We already know that the Biden family were effectively selling access to and influence with Joe to foreign nationals, so I fail to see why it's supposed to be a "bombshell" that they did the same in China.

The media silence on this is shameful (albeit unsurprising), but I doubt that these new findings will change public opinion on Biden. Voters who are outraged by this were already voting red anyway, Democratic base voters will dismiss it and independents or swing voters won't care about such a small-scale, technical issue.
