Nothing should come from this. Us is far deeper In the Russian Ukraine war then Russia is in retaliation to that. I am a western civilian if you think this should spark conflict you’re warmongering.

Well, not a direct conflict, but some actions should follow, otherwise Russians will start doing that over and over and escalate further. This time unmanned aircraft, next time it will be manned, next time it will be civilian airline aircraft etc.

You understand that NATO is heavily involved there right, flying around everywhere and I don't think they tell the Russians exactly where they're flying.

I don't think the Russians have replied yet but will most likely say that If NATO didn't have a presence there, the incident wouldn't have happened.

This. Even if the incident occurred above international waters, it's still easier for Russia to justify operations in that region than for the U.S.

Nothing big will come from this, but the incident once again shows the dangers of aircrafts operating in, or nearby, a warzone.
