Thats a weird reading of the court document. Opinion programs can be subject to libel laws if they're taken seriously. Regarding Carlson's Jan 6 coverage in recent days: his spin on the events is of course going too far in the other direction and seeks to establish an untruthful "they dindu nuffin" narrative. Nontheless, the footage he obtained and published still undeniably contradicts a lot of the previous narratives surrounding the event which were disseminated by the Jan 6 committee and the liberal media. Hell, the Biden admin again doubled down on the false "5 officers died that day"-talking point just a few days ago.
