The government shouldn't get to determine for business owners who is and isn't a legitimate member of the public. The way I see it, it's people's private business, they can run it however they want. If they want to deny their service to anybody for any reason at all, it should be their right. And yes I know this can be illegal, however it just means the laws are wrong.

Also, if some people don't want to sit next to a person of any particular race on a bus, this isn't depriving the latter of his civil rights. Nobody is under any moral obligation to sit next to anybody on a bus. And by the same logic, if some race of people don't want to live next to you, guess what? It's too damn bad. Man up and stop sniveling.

Yes are right, you can choose to sit or not sit next to someone in a bus. That's up to you. You can stand or sit somewhere else.

However it is not up to the bus driver to let the white man enter the bus and deny service to the Asian lady (such as yourself).

That simply is racial segregation. You cute clueless child!

If the bus driver works for public, he can’t deny it. We’re talking about government demanding from “private” businesses owners so your argument is invalid. Also, let’s be honest. Everyone is a racist in some way or another but ppl don’t want to admit it. I’ve never met a single person who isn’t a racist meaning they treat, greet, react, or engage to all ethnicity equally. Not one.

Very true. It is none of the government's business whether a private entity (be it a person, or a business) wants to be unfair or racist. The government has no business prescribing morality to the people.

You not understanding how a society works is your problem, not ours.
If you want to be private and not serve the public, do so, off the grid, with no protections or support from society.

Kindly explain to me why you think the government should have the power to compel people to not be racist.

Because if you want to be a part of society certain rules have to be upheld to keep things civil.

No they are DEFINITELY our rules, which is why they are laws, you want to change them become a supreme court justice or a senator.
