Nothing in this section shall interfere with or prevent the exercise by any court of the United States of its power to punish for contempt.

He didn't shoot their kids, Adam Lanza did. He didn't threaten, stalk or harass them. Weird how all the cancel culture witchhunting is always predicated on transferring guilt from other people for actions not done by the 'offenders', like slavery.

They took the case out of another state and federal jurisdiction and placed it into a state that had no jurisdiction over a person living, working and 'offending' in Texas, and then gave him a cosmic joke of a trial- that is, the damages hearing only since that was the only part to take place in a courtroom, which he did attend. And to give you an example of how that went, the judge let the plaintiffs walk all over evidentiary rules and ignore the topics forbidden by the judge, and after a day of the defense counsel objecting to it, the judge took the lawyers for a sidebar and declared that the following day, when defense would present, she would be extremely strict and sanction defense counsel if they stepped even an inch over the line. The trial should never have occurred in the first place because specific jurisdiction didn't exist with Jones's vague language and lack of localized targeting in direct contradiction to the precedent, and I guess the judge agreed because she didn't let him have a trial :rofl:

It is a violation of federal law to protest in front of judges homes in an effort to sway their opinions. Judge's opinion was due to be delivered in days.
