Fact is this story is very old, and was pulled back and heavily publicized to silence a very popular trump supporter.
The trial was pretty ridiculous. It was about comments he made several years ago that he has since redacted. He hosted a debate with somebody claiming it was a hoax and rode that train for a little bit. Afterwards, he very publicly apologized and went on the record saying he was wrong. He was sued to oblivion and deplatformed despite all of that.
That being said, and sadly I have to say this because I know the incoming responses are going to be asinine, I don’t watch his show, I have never been to infowars, and the only videos of him I have watched are the ones that relate to this specific topic.
