if you think about it in terms of behavior they are humbling themselves. i'd say they dont need biblical sentiment to do that but its much better they are thankful for a pro life granting than boasting about how abortionists are sick in the head.
the ends justifies the behavioral means in that case so praising in the name of jesus most likely going to make the world a less evil place and thats good.
if they can print in god we trust on the money system for centuries they can certainly do it in the courts where the constitution has already been pillaged by far more insidious lobbyists.
