Now, consider all those times US mass shooters had reported hearing voices in their heads, and the fact that many of these shooters were 'monitored' by the FBI for months leading up to the shootings. Coincidence?

Why would the government want mass shootings? To distract the general population while the US government transforms into an authoritarian police state. These shootings can also sow division (depending on who was shot and who did the shooting) in the general population, making them easier to control. The government is also attempting to scare toothpaste eaters into handing over their Second Amendment.

The US government declassifies stuff that they were successful with all the time. I'm not sure what your point is.

They declassify things that are no longer state secrets as the rest of the world has caught up or the public sector has independently found it. If the US had actual mind control tech it was using against it's own people that information would never see the light of day.

So, you went from, 'their program must not have been a success because it was declassified' to 'their program may have been a success, but the world caught up, which is why it was declassified'. It just sounds like you're making shit up and being retarded for some reason.
