it is not though.
How is it not?
What is your definition of murder? And before you say anything that's blatantly copied off of wikipedia, I just want to remind you that legality is not relevant in the definition of murder.

you're making an emotional, not a legal argument. you're using emotional terms, not legal definitions. i thought i illustrated that with my example, but there you go, that's the crayon version.
I don't care if you think I am making an "emotional" argument. Your opinion is worthless to me. I do, however, want to know how you structure your argument. I want to hear why you think the intentional ending of human life is not murder.

wdym? my solution is PERFECT for both sides. people who oppose abortions can really really really fiercely NOT EVER have a single one, even if they were raped by their own father for decades. i am 100% in favour of granting them EVERY opportunity to have that baby. just because i "strongly feel" that's just wrong, i have NO right whatsoever to tell that women to get an abortion.
People should stop murder from happening though.

all i'm asking in return is that they don't tell OTHER people what to do. if that's not palatable to them, THEY are in the wrong, and don't value freedom and human rights.
Do you think society telling us not to murder people is also telling us what to do?

EXACTLY my point! strange how you only seem to see that from one side though. simply make it a principle for both sides, and we have an agreement: i don't get to determine how they live their lives, and they don't get to determine how others do. it really isn't that complicated, lol.
Telling women that they cannot murder the unborn is not simply "telling others what to do". Everybody has the moral obligation to stop murder when they see it happen.
You only see things from the woman's perspective. You think they get to make a choice and that the pro-lifers are being evil for telling them they cant. You fail to see things from the perspective of the unborn, which really isn't surprising to me, cause lefties like you have simplistic views on things.

couldn't help it, your rhetoric prowess is too great not to imitate.
Sounds like I have a new fan!
