None that exists today. Constitutional Republic is probably the best form of government that we have. The rest are various forms of dictatorships. Democracy is majority dictatorship, theocracy is and monarchy are dictatorship one has a pope/grand imam and the other has a king/queen. Oligarchy is dictatorship of unspecified small group of people, while communism is dictatorship of a single party. etc

Anarchy is just wild west and usually ends up with the ones who have biggest guns on top, one could say consequential military dictatorship. Socialism is care for the weak while selling off defences until a dictatorship comes along and inevitable happens. I would say any form or government that has capitalism, no debt based fractional reserve system that incentivises cutting corners and cheat is a good start.

The issue is not the government its the current evolution of man. If they are still primitive, dogs who are willing to cheat and greed their way nothing will work you need strength and obedience. If the people set aside their daily squabble and petty arguments and focus their attention on advancement with colonization and exploration of other galaxies meeting other species then All they really need is to choose their vocation and participate in a hive mind for the collective good. But we are far away from that.
