I don't think that libertarians have an agreed upon definition regarding the age of consent. As long as the NAP isn't violated, anything goes apparently.

I imagine that the libertarian position is that the State can't impose an age of consent on the overall population. I think that various private organizations such as NAMBLA would have their own definitions when you select your private contract enforcer (similar to selecting your health insurance).
