Interesting. Hadn't really heard of this before. The end of the video notes that they believe C8/PFAS aren't really of major concern with cooking supplies unless they're "overheated or scraped", which is reassuring. Seems like there's more concern about clothing that uses them though.

They are good but he's quite biased. Frankly, we need more investigative journalism when it comes to things like this so I applaud him for that.

This is why I use ceramic instead of teflon in cooking ware.

It sucks to suck, so being aware of science is definitely a beneficial trait.
