I feel like if Biden actually crapped his pants, some accounts of it from sources at the Vatican and white house deflections / bullshit excuses would have preceded the twitter rumors and memes a day later.
Lets remember what happened with Hillary Clinton very obviously lost consciousness at a public event and went limp as a side of beef and had to be dragged away- her team came back with an immediate lie about dehydration and claiming she didn't lose consciousness (despite being dragged away limp) and then tried to later pivot it to 'walking pneumonia'. Whatever the truth of her incident was, we know their official story was a lie, at least one of them.
