Sure, that chart works if we're talking about the same - non mutated virus.

But if Covid is so deadly that we require literal lockdowns every time a new vaccine needs to be created to match the rapidly mutating nature of it - they will never end. Eventually we're going to have to treat Covid like we do with the flu - where vaccines are optional, but preferred and advised.


Inevitably, we will have to come to the conclusion that Covid's mortality rate never justified the entire economic shut down of the Western world - not even close. We're already talking about more potential lockdowns in response to this new 'delta' variant until people can get their 3rd dose - its not sustainable. Soon, we won't even have the economic ability to even pay these researchers to make the vaccines for us.

Have you also noticed how the flu has seen a 90% reduction since 2020-21? Its almost like Covid has either replaced the flu entirely, or we are mistakenly claiming that Flu cases are actually Covid cases - either way, they share a similar mortality rate.. with the Flu coming in at about 0.012. And its a fair guess to assume that the actual majority of Covid cases went completely unreported, so the effective mortality rate is even less than what's shown on our stats.

I mean if you think about it, how many people who got the sniffles or were asymptomatic ended up reporting it to the Government? How many of those were non lethal Covid cases? This stuff really matters when we're treating Covid as if it were the plague itself.
