i don't single out the minimum wage workers for this, it's just a microcosm of a general problem with the populace where too many people have gotten comfortable only doing the largest common workloads and suck at doing anything outside of the ordinary

i had to fire someone recently for being unable to do anything outside of what they've been doing for the last 10 years
