Certainly unfortunate that the nurse practitioner didn't follow-through with what they clearly knew to be an inconsistency; however, such a scenario is unlikely to be replicated in any meaningful way. There is technically the potential of someone being assigned male at birth but who is actually intersex, and subsequently capable of getting pregnant, but that's a technicality that detracts from the situation that played out in the video.
Hard to say though since this included deception from Crowder in utilizing urine from a pregnant woman, so on some level it makes sense that they'd be caught off their game for this. The sonogram would've remedied this anyway if the story had continued where it finished, and nothing significant would have endured.
