I've noticed a trend on all the forums I've been on where people are constantly crying about identity politics, paladin being too black compared to original, transgender representation, etc

I don't think Blizzard is even trying to do this with this remaster ?

It saddens me to see most of the people I played this game with growing up are the same people who believe in conspiracy theories, overthrowing an election, and defending white supremacy.

Has the community always been this way and I just never noticed because I was too young, or is this a regression in the diablo community?

I logged on jsp for the first time in a while to get back into the community and I noticed the same thing lol

having an identity is a natural thing that exist in nature. there is nothing wrong with white people also wanting the same thing, but in our own countries.

Honestly I don’t give a fuck as long as blizzard doesn’t pull a warcraft 3 reforged on d2 and as long as they fix the manzon face.

Also the United States is a very young country, it has not been around for that long. This land did not belong to white people...

no, that's fine to discuss because it related to the game much more direct
discussing wether people are right wing or left wing has NOTHING to do with d2r
