There's a huge difference between being 'educated' in the formal sense and being 'intelligent'. Who cares if she just got her GED? If anything, if it was a goal she set out to get it, then good on her.

But this increase chance that she's a very low grade intelligence human, completely manipulated by shape-shifting reptilians.

A GED is a very low bar of achievement, perhaps the threshold separating retards from low-achievers. Maybe a GED doesn't say much about 'intelligence', but it def speaks volumes about a persons character, dedication, work-ethic, etc. These are important qualities in a leader. Reading more about her background, I seriously wonder how much of docket material she can comprehend. Maybe that is a case for 'plain english' legislation.
