Has anyone experienced this over the last few years at events/meetings/conferences where the organizers feel it's important to state your pronouns?

I've attended a couple of conferences in recent years with hundreds of people wearing nametags with "him/he" or "her/she" on it and no one actually reads what's on there when interacting with one another and no one states their pronouns (at least among the people i've met) and as far as you could see it's obvious who's a man and whos a woman just by talking to them.

Seems weird and unnecessary, curious about our resident pardians experiences with this culture of stating pronouns.

It's encouraged to put into your emails at my work.

I invite you to do this at your workplace as often as possible.

Never stop talking about it.

You honestly think and talk about trans people more than literally anyone I've ever met.

The trick is to get 20% of the organization to agree with you and form an unfireable block.

At that point the SJW realizes that they are an idiot and rightfully fucks off.
