"At the time of his arrest, he was found to be in possession of two high capacity firearm magazines. He was additionally charged with possession of high capacity feeding device," D.C. police said.

Unlawful Possession of Ammunition (UA): It is illegal to possess ammunition in the District of Columbia unless the person is: (1) a licensed dealer, (2) a federal or city law enforcement officer acting within scope of duties, or (3) holder of a valid registration certificate of same gauge and caliber as ammunition in possession. Anyone enforcing such a blatantly unconstitutional and immoral law should be drawn and quartered on national television

For what, the hate crime he had a warrant out for? Or illegally possessing larger magazines as a non-resident of Washington D.C.?

Maybe you should take ammunition to D.C. so you can protest the law. Seems to work out.

Dummy. I dunno how many times they broadcast on all major media stations that doing what this guy did is illegal and they will be swiftly arrested. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Which reminds me... what prize are you after this night?

I hope to never hear another argument about "State's Rights" with the position he has taken. These people were warned, and they happened to get the head honcho. Who confessed to a crime in a video tape, against his attorney's objections.

This is strictly Darwin.
