If you have kids brainlessly without a plan to take care of them you are essentially putting a tax/burden upon others.
Lazy/unproductive people who take things like lesbian dance therapy and sit on welfare checks for the rest of their lives
People who litter and pollute the environment

Basically all the actions that affect the greater society indirectly through either stupidity, laziness or just being a##holes.


Should they be taxed? I say yes what do you guys think?

None of those people have any money.

Note: Littering is a minor offense punishable by a fine in much (not all) of the US. So at least that portion of the asshole tax is already working out.

You want to tax welfare? Reduce the amount of money they have and then increase their welfare to offset the tax on the welfare.

Because Trump signed the bill that McConnel wrote which made the middle class tax cuts temporary but the upper class tax cuts permanent.
