Thinking of getting back into the rental business, reading up on how it might be a morally wrong system to partake in. Does the rentoid have some fair points here?

Is it really terrible to live in a world where there are homeless people on the streets and empty hotel rooms that can house them?

Personally I don't think its so bad and its certainly better than everyone being equally miserable.

What do our resident pardians make of these arguments?

most net producers are neutral or pro private property. most net leechers are for socializing of all property as long as it isnt their own property. yes that is correct.

I love thought slime :D

The only benefit I actually see from landlording is it gives flexibility to people who don't want to buy a house. Other than that theyre leeches.

And even so that can be achieved in other ways and its currently abused by large companies.

There would still be homeless people even if we gave every person a home, landlords are not really needed and from my time as one it sucks, having tenants sucks and getting your property trashed sucks.

Hes an anarchist. He would say that holding necessities when others need them for basic survival is an unjust hierarchy and should be abolished as a concept.

So if somebody needs food then its more unjust to not provide it than to take it from somebody.

Blame the landlords of the past for being dirtbags with their eviction practices.
