Certainly a variance of opinions here on a multitude of topics. Just wondering how our Jsp demographic was affected by covid19?

Minor positive due to stimulus and student loan pause.

We made a lot of $$ off the stock market and my wife got a promotion. We can both work from home so it's been really easy for the most part.

It's truly the American dream. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Minor positive due to pay rise and not buying a house.

I'm happy my job is both relatively easy to do from home (unless I need to be on site) and secure during times like this.

-edit- However compared to the truly rich, I have gained far less than them.

Minor positive for me, pay cut with work however stock market gains over compensated for that

Canadian here and nothing has changed for me other than working from home 80% of the time now. Spending far less now on things like gas, take out, and buying Jordans every week.

Minor positive for me, with a small raise and the stimulus, but Mrs Surfpunk has had difficulty finding meaningful work, so net neutral.

Same before except everything is boring as shit now. No movies, no bars, and ugly karens wont shutup about personal space.

Net neutral - my job can largely be done from home, and my field was thankfully not impacted very much. Made some gains on my portfolio, but those will presumably be eaten up by the tax raises and inflation which are heading our way in the next years. Come 2025, the big majority of us will be poorer due to the pandemic than we would have been without it.
