Before moving to Iowa, the couple attended Grace Christian Church and worked with the youth group in Texas.

On June 21, 1999, the couple stopped at a convenience store on the way to meet friends and were stopped by a group of teenagers.

The boys then robbed and murdered the couple, stuffed them in the trunk of his car and burned them.

Bernard, who was only 18 at the time of the crime, bought the lighter fluid used to torch their still-alive bodies.

what’s the umm ‘correct state solution’. lodging, 3 meals a day and air conditioning forever? the state doesn’t provide this to you and me much less the needy.

not trolling looking for a feasible solution to this tragedy

Allowing murderers to live is taking life. Life is a series of choices even if you want to delude yourself otherwise.

After a quick search i came up with adam moss, a white guy who murdered 7 people in iowa, he plead guilty and got life in prison.

Shawn Bentler is a convicted mass murderer from Bonaparte, Iowa. He murdered his parents and three sisters, it was claimed, to inherit his family's fortune. He was consequently sentenced to four concurrent life sentences and a consecutive life sentence.

And another one.
God damn being black adds a lot to a sentence in iowa.

hmm i agree here, but the criminal here gets shelter, 3 meals, and air conditioning which is more than we offer the less fortunate in this country
and some would argue that breaking rocks is penal labor and abuse of power or something like that, big no-nos

the plea of guilty will often to spare one the death sentence. although the other fella pled not guilty, so that sounds like a miscarriage of justice. cant find any information about Bernard’s plea of guilty or not guilty. either way both those other murderous scumbags are waste of space too
