Esdras is a book in the Apocrypha that was included in the King James Bible until it was removed in 1885. Esdras includes the Book of Ezra, copies of which were found in the dead sea scrolls. 2 Esdras 11-12 describe a country that is the same as the fourth beast described in Daniel 7 which brings about the end of the world. Each of the previous Beasts have been great empires that controlled Israel.

This empire is known as the Eagle in the Book of Ezra. This Eagle has 14 Kings (feathers) on one wing and 6 on the other. The wing with 14 kings is a kingdom that emerges after the eagle has been around for some time. Each king serves for an appointed time. These kings rule according to the heads of the three eagle which control them. The 2nd king serves the longest, and a command comes from the body of the Eagle that none may serve even half as long as hm; so the 2nd is FDR. This would coincide with the declaration of national emergency we’ve been in since 1933 following the advent of the great depression and the rise of nazi Germany. There are 8 short feathers, which are kings that don’t finish their full time as king and rule on their own. 2 are in the middle (JFK & Nixon), and the remaining 6 short feather are reserved for the Eagle’s end, four as the end approaches and 2 for the very end (Trump, Pence?, Biden?, Kamala, unknown, unknown). These final feathers try to rule on their own and all perish.

The Eagle concerns itself with the ‘governance of the world’ and rules the world with wickedness and knocks down the walls of those who did it no harm. It says the “whole body of the Eagle [will be] burnt.” Also, the fourth beast has been called a ‘land of exiles’ that consumes all the goods of the world (revelation 17-18).

It says in 2 Esdras 12 where the prophecy is explained that the Eagle’s feathers represent the kings that rule it. Not sure what the oops is.

The eagle also has three heads, a wing on one side with 14 feathers, and another wing with 6. It’s not meant to be a literal eagle. Your point has no relevance.
