A criminal convicted of aggravated sexual assault is being defended by a league of degenerates fighting to decriminalize putting people at risk by failing to disclose hiv status. Given how condoms are known to have a less than 100% chance of effectiveness, these people are trying an obviously deceptive approach of telling the public there is a 0% chance of transmission.

A group of HIV/AIDS organizations is hoping to establish a new legal precedent that would keep people with HIV from facing criminal charges if they use a condom during sex.

The group is making its argument Wednesday at an ongoing case at the Ontario Court of Appeal in Toronto.

The appeal was launched by a man who was convicted of aggravated sexual assault in 2017 after three complainants said he did not disclose his HIV diagnosis before their sexual encounters.

The man, identified by the initials N.G., used a condom and did not transmit the virus to any of them. He was sentenced to 42 months in prison, short of the life sentence possible after an aggravated sexual assault conviction.

"There should not have been a prosecution. The law should not be criminalizing people who use condoms," said Richard Elliott, executive director of Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network, one of three groups intervening in the appeal.

"We know that the risk of transmission in such circumstances is zero."

Some of these HIV advocates are insane. We should not discriminate but they should not lie about condom efficacy. People should definitely know if they're being exposed. They are only hurting the community by letting infection run rampant. But if you go to the gym and groom enough you can look healthy enough to not possibly have a chance of having the disease.

There is this move to have HIV be a status like gender, race, sex, age, orientation, ability, etc, is. It's not those things. It's a disease that attacks the immune system until pneumonia or the flu kills you.

Since condom can break i guess it's necessary to specify, even if the risk is super close to zero.

Well, that's just how society progresses. Let everybody advocate for whatever they want and cull the shitty ideas.

We've had this discussion before. The gay lobby is really pushing for these regressive policies to their own detriment tbh.

It's really interesting how the view is trying to be shifted to favorable treatment the aggressor and robbing the victims of their justice.
