Right wingers are quick to cite body counts for Russia's rapid industrialization but American wars in Cuba during the Spanish American War and War in Philippines to open markets there, building Panama Canal with indigenous workforce being slaughtered in the process to facilitate the wealthy moving their shit around better, and other wars to build the infrastructure of globalism, has as high a body count as well.
