in light of his recent executive orders to basically shut down the epa, while on the other hand pushing through the controversial keystone and dakota access pipelines (by a company he holds stock in btw!) - how do you feel about his approach towards dismantling all environmental protection in favour of even greater business opportunities for his donors and partners from oil companies? don't you think he's endangering all our future by recklessly ignoring environmental protection to make a couple of million bucks for himself and his buddies?

If I was one of those angry, white, working class males who voted for Trump because I thought he would actually give a shit about me I'd be pretty fucking upset at the first few days. It's clear that Trump is a businessman first and president second. With the EPA effectively frozen and deregulations incoming I imagine they will all soon be jerking off to their quarterly profit reports.

I mean, you are just lying all over the place and framing the question in a way to try to make people agree with you.

The evidence and theories suggest humans are contributing to climate change.
It does not therefore follow that all the EPA does is great, or that we should forgo developing and using energy in a pseudo-scientific pursuit of stopping climate change.

I think any legislation that protects the environment over corporate interests is good legislation.

so if you are under the impression that not "all the EPA does is great", it justifies shutting it down completely? and holding energy corporations to a minimal standard of environmental and ppl protections is "forgoing developing and using energy"? glad you were able to phrase that so objectively, clearly i am lying and you are not... hahaha, nice try...

1. Global average temperature goes up when CO2 levels are high.
2. CO2 levels fluctuate, causing a fluctuation in global average temperature.
3. Humans are currently causing CO2 levels to go up way beyond any previous fluctuations.
4. Global average temperature is way higher than what's to be expected from previous fluctuations.

Four simple facts that lead to the conclusion that humans are causing global warming. If you are able to disprove any of these, be my guest. Until then, please do not be a climate change denier, for your potential ignorance could contribute to the demise of the human race.

If you know nothing about a subject, it really isn't a bad thing to simply voice no opinion about it. You don't have to either deny or support it.

One of those tweets on the BBC page is interesting, the one that says co2 levels at highest for 650,000 years. I legit didn't know we had records going back that far.

The more you know..
