Seems like post debate the DNC thinktank finally realized that taking minority votes away from the GOP is a job they don't actually have to do and are finally realizing that suburban white women and young women more generally are the big swing at play in this election.

As a timeline this week we've had, Miss Piggy, Miss Housekeeping, then 2 other former Miss Universe winners came out about Trump shaming, now the newest story is him profiling waitresses who weren't attractive enough:

http://www.latimes.com/projects/la-na-pol-trump-women/

With blacks, latinos, muslims, jews, and any other minority group already tilted towards 3rd party or Dems will this news cycle finally cripple him to the point of a non-competitive race? I hope the DNC sticks with this plan of attack and finally buries him to the point he can't recover. Crazy to think the DNC needs to win over the woman vote with the first ever woman presidential candidate. wtf

Can't open the link at work but are they really struggling to get women to vote for Hillary? Find that hard to believe.

she is winning women in general by a larger margin but she really needs to focus on the uneducated younger woman vote. They are not as in favor of her as the rest.

The story is basically an account from former employees that heard Trump on repeated visits tell management to hire the waitresses who weren't pretty enough and hire more attractive staff.

I think the DNC is having a hard time getting a lot of people to be confident in their vote with the god awful likability ratings HRC has. She certainly isn't inspiring women as a whole the way Obama excited blacks as a whole to come to the voting booth that normally wouldn't. Any estimates of voter turnout ive seen certainly don't have a major upturn in women voters that caught my eye, but i havent dug too deep on that.

could be that candidate has major issues with women. so does the mainstream media. cnn had no issue bringing up and making light of Machado's 60 pound weight gain
http://www.cnn.com/WORLD/9701/29/fringe/miss.universe/
Expanding Miss Universe works to shed pounds
NEW YORK (CNN) -- When Alicia Machado of Venezuela was named Miss Universe nine months ago, no one could accuse her of being the size of the universe. But as her universe expanded, so did she, putting on nearly 60 pounds.

the miss housekeeping retort would/should be the focus, not sure how the issue is centered upon the weight gain part.

I think it has to do with how hot of a topic fat shaming is versus the stereotyping of Latinas. Not to mention the latino vote as a whole is not only smaller than the women vote its already in HRC's pocket due to the wall being Trump's main platform.

so the media thinks accused comments based on factual weight gain is more of an issue than accused stereotyping of latinas? interesting take by them.
one can control their weight (within reason), one cannot control their being latina
