O wait.. yes I did. And you spoke against it. I guess you missed this verse -
Acts 2:38
New International Version (NIV)
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Not to mention all the accounts of baptism in the NT..

I believe baptism is essential to salvation. Just as much so as confessing Jesus as Lord, asking for forgiveness, and repenting. They are all inseparable, but people like to separate them for some reason.
