Apart from the bare minimum age and citizenship requirements are there any other criteria one would have to meet before being able to vote? If so discuss what those could be.

‐ A general knowledge/IQ questionnaire
- An approved degree
- Land ownership
- Size of your bank account or how much tax you contribute.
- Military service record
- All the above/None of the above/Some of the above
- Etc etc

What would you implement and why do you think it's appropriate for voting rights?

I would expand citizenship requirements to allow for undocumented people who have been living in the US in good standing to vote. Some X years via supportive data such as ITIN payments, etc.

I am not an expert but theoretically voting shouldnt be linked to other criteria than maturity, sanity and citizenship. The thing is that you want a representative of what the majority of people want. And if the country consists of a bunch of idiots then they will be governed by an idiot. The bigger problem are the existing parties that are available for voting. Often they only care about certain interests and they lie to people and trick them to stay in power. So this is what should be changed maybe… for example less money for politicians so that people with dignity do it and who are really interested in politics and do it out of passion and honesty or maybe more regulation on the power that politicians have and so on.

in a magical world where I could change it? exclusively high-ranking elite males, active soldiers and commanders, clergy in good standing, domestic landowners with exclusive allegiance to the nation, men only. Anyone showing favor for other nations, israel first supporters, etc have zero chance.

realistically? US citizens only with proper checks and balances on IDs, which is lacking right now for sure. Adding more restrictions might help move towards something more ideal

So you think the US needs a federal law and should not leave it up to each individual state? Each state sets its own voter ID rules.

You think a significant amount of fraudulent voting is happening? Enough to change the outcome?

The decline of our republic can be traced back to when we allowed non-property owners to vote. I think this is the ideal system because of the lack of moral hazard.

I'd like to see some stricter rules around eligibility to run primarily age, and invested assets. We have had enough ultra wealthy old folk in politics that are absolutely removed from the common American.
