The federal government has indicted the SPLC on federal fraud charges following an FBI investigation into their payments to undercover agents used to infiltrate extremist groups like the KKK and US Nazi party and biker clubs.
As the FBI laid out, the basic gist is that the SPLC fundraised money from donors as a registered nonprofit with mandatory reporting for how money is spent, but then turned around and funneled the money covertly through pass-through bank accounts and into untraceable prepaid credit cards used to pay informants they put into the organizations. The FBI alleges that these agents then purposefully stoked the very race hatred and violent extremism they purported to investigate. Which is hilarious, because that's exactly what the FBI itself has been doing, except its been doing so under color of law while the SPLC has been acting as vigilantes, leading to the moronic paranoid clusterfuck where every KKK meeting is 100% informants and double agents from both law enforcement, undercover youtubers and the SPLC.

The SPLC argues that their program was secretive in order to protect their informants, but in doing so basically admits to violating the law
The government indictment doesn't argue that point, only that they were acting illegally and making these groups more radical
And of course, the SPLC could have forfeited its nonprofit status to carry out these missions using donor founds that would be accountable without the tax breaks offered to nonprofits.

SPLC is no more imo, they were shady from the get-go.

The ADL was founded by B'nai B'rit fraternal members, so they're pretty immune atm.

They're all shady but some are more protected than others.

The ADL has been largely an anti-jewish group for at least a decade, much the same way the ACLU supports shredding your constitutionally guaranteed civil liberties. Jonathan Greenblatt has been running cover for antisemites up to the point they're killing jews in random terror attacks

What you mean is that their stoking and conduct of absolutely vicious anti-white racism (which has been well known for decades, read Mein Kampf and other works) backfired in a major way as a broad portion of the left consider jews to be white.

For 10+ years the #1 mission of the ADL has been to excuse and minimize the growing anti-semitism in the US (and EU) by deflecting onto statistically insignificant white supremacists. And they've partnered with the SPLC, who have fabricated their own fake nazis with laundered money who the ADL then launders into statistics. The ADL runs their HEAT map which the mainstream media keeps citing as the authority on antisemitism, with works by;

• Listing any non-political / personal incident involving prison gang members as white supremacy, even including hispanics. Ex, a biker gang member shoots his wife for having an affair counts as 'extremist murder'
  
• Refusing to list left-wing motivated incidents at all or leaving out labels / identifiers on muslim anti-semitic crimes, often just failing to include obvious anti-semitic incidents when it doesn't suit their narrative
  
• Listing black nationalist / islamonationalist incidents as white nationalists by conflating the labels (ex they identify moorish temple as the same as 'white nationalist sovereign citizens')

So in a span when left-wing and/or islamic terrorism against jews has surged astronomically and become a nearly weekly occurrence, the ADL spent the whole time pretending the whole threat to jews was from far-right actors, who it turns out were actually SPLC actors.
Its no longer safe to be a jew in public in any country outside asia, but the ADL spent their resources trying to smear zionists

I don't disagree with your list of their actions - but you are ascribing an erroneous motive, based on some kind of 4d chess argument that the ADL are actually "antisemitic", to obfuscate the far simpler reality - the ADL deliberately props up black, Islam, & leftist extremist groups because they view them as an enemy of white people. Absolutely everything you described is very simply explained by a blind, raging, rabid I dare say, hatred of white people & white self determination groups to the point where they're even willing to look the other way when one of these groups attacks their own.

They hate white groups so much that they focus all their efforts into attacking them - to the absurd point where these groups are largely comprised of their own people. They viciously target any member of a white group for unrelated crimes because they're absolutely desperate to paint these white groups as bad guys.

All the ADL talks about is "antisemitism". It's all they have ever talked about, from their founding up until today. But in reality as you have deduced, their true motivation is hating, killing, and persecuting white people. You even parrot their frame of reference - these are not "white supremacist" groups, these are groups of people who desire that their own government represents their interests over the interests of foreigners, and that they as a people have a fundamental right to exist and the right to self determination. This is really what the ADL hates most.

This not only creates sympathy towards the xyz group it also conjures actual hate to keep it fueled.

I don't think these are mutually exclusive. The ADL hates white people and serves the neoliberal agenda of ethnocosmopolitism, but their race politics against whites are just one facet of that greater neoliberal poltical agenda rather than their core identity, and running support for antisemitism has been another facet. They are happy to smear any group that would run afoul of their political alliance. Not just white people. They'll target black men for running off the plantation, like Enrique Tarrio. Overlooking that proud boys take an explicit vow to oppose anti-semitism, and are largely supportive of a pro-jewish agenda, while the ADL gets in bed with October 7th cheerleaders.

Its very obvious from the reference frame of regulatory capture. Groups like the ADL and SPLC and ACLU don't exist to serve their original mission statements or even their namesakes, they're just arms of the DNC and pushing a political agenda and only care about trying to win national elections. If the democrats reversed roles again and somehow became the party supportive of Israel, the ADL would become a zionist organization overnight. They have no sincere beliefs, just cynical politics. They're not even capable of some jewish conspiracy to replace white people, because once they realize that importing a bunch of highly religious catholics from south america is going to backfire on the DNC in the long run they'll probably become the pro-deportation lobby as well
