Yes. due process is; ICE checks to see if you are illegally in the United States and if so you are deported. Due process has never meant a trial. A trial is due process only in some instances. If you point a gun at an innocent person, your due process is you get shot. If you rob someone, your due process is you get forcefully arrested. Due process being a trial only applies when the government wants to put you in prison.

I am a proponent of advanced death penalties for Illegal aliens, for property crimes, and crimes against children.

Those accused of being illegal aliens need due process to establish whether they are citizens. Past that, they are and should be entitled to a lower standard of process meant to facilitate their departure. Being asked to leave a castle in good order is a far lesser punishment than being locked in a dungeon under it.
