as a non-american that dont even vote in my own country, i dont really care that much, mostly wondering for entertainment purposes

a non-biased take would have read that, a debate happened on a blue platform, why can't it be 50/50, 1 debate on blue, 1 debate on red
it wasnt him saying he wont debate her but a suggestion to have the debate on a red platform since he already went out of his way to debate already on a blue platform

any concrete date being thrown around already tho?

also, as a non-american, we don't consider the democrat party to be "left", from our outsiders perspective from an other country, we actually thinking the democrat party is very on the right of the spectrum
few years ago the push to increase the minimum wages to $25/h that only benefiting the very big corporations that for some were already paying their employees those wages while preventing small business to thrive, forcing them to layoff due to not being able to pay those wages, for some that it was literally just their profit margin and with the updated wages would be running business at a loss
also policies being very pro big-tech, pro big corporations, anti small businesses and moms and pops shops, very pro "the rich get richer" stances from that blue side, defintiely not a party from what we consider "left" in the country I'm in

as far as that other guy's policies, the push to get out of NATO is being pushed by the left in my country, which is something that i definitely support and was happy to hear him during the first debate say that he had plans to get out of NATO as well
obviously he's now a "true politician" even if didnt started that way in 2016 but he is now and is pandering to the crowd he's speaking to while saying conflicting things depending on who he's talking to
being like acknowledging the bad drugs being made in china (fentanyl etc), saying he'll free ross ulbrich while at the same time while talking to a cop crowd being hard on criminalizing drug use even mentioning death penalty for it
this is true politician bs, all talk, saying 1 thing to a crowd but saying the opposite thing to a different crowd
so even his stance on not going forward with CBDC, i'm very skeptical so overall i just don't support any of those candiates

so like i said, entertainment purposes having a drinking game watching the debate, any date?

Trump chickened out of the previously agreed to ABC debate. Now that he’s the old guy in the presidential campaign, and he knows it. He did run to foxnews to bail him out though. He basically wants to invite Harris to a Trump rally in the guise of a debate.

Trump - "Any time, Any place, but.... uhhhh... not anyone, cause that's not fair unless it can be at my fox echo chamber so I can rant and rave and interrupt as much as I want so people don't hear the truth that I have no policy and can only attack others."

Last debate the (D) candidate was forced to quit his re-election, after all the primaries, by his own party in an unprecedented move. Those who reneged first should not be allowed to dictate terms.

i guess working as a sysadmin, having deployed, comissioned and decomissioned big infrastructures in the tech field, used VPS on amazon AWS, microsoft azure, google cloud and many more and my speciality being networks security of those very same infrastructures, having accessed remotely to servers through ssh and seeing from my own eyes what actually happened in the last 2020 elections (that the current sitting one shouldnt even be there in the first place) but i guess i dont know nothing, like, okay, whatever, that's your own opinion dude, if you wanna talk actual tech, come meet me in the tech subsection rather than in pard, i actually enjoy teaching people about how to properly use the technologies they're using everyday

You will notice that lot of people are lost causes. They grew up in front of their television and computers and whatever they are being told by corporate news station and social medias is their truth. Technology is both a blessing and a curse. It's a blessing because you can learn so much from it but most people use technology to throw their lives away . A good 90% of the world population (Non elite) are literal npcs born to be slaves and are more than happy with it as long as the leaders & social medias keep telling them how to think/talk/live and give them enough entertainment to live their day to day lives.

Society don't breed strong men and women like it used to. Nowadays it breed weak people, trans and people who get easily divided.

The amount of adults who get baited into believing politicians will make the world a better place for us plebs is astonishing. You're supposed to understand at the age of 13-14 that politicians are bought for and will never work for the people and only work for corporate interest and yet , tons of adults still vote like it made a difference thinking the people who vote for the opposite candidate are the enemy and will forever argue with them .

The Master-Slave relationship seems to be endemic to the human condition. Many many people are content with the relationship & want to be slaves, with a master to tell them what to believe and provide them with sustenance and entertainment.
