Trump's team has said Trump is dropping out of the debates due to Harris apparently not being the official nominee. Trump has gone to Truth Social to complain and whine, like normal, and give excuses. I remember Trump debating Biden, even though he wasn't the official nominee for the republicans.

So, after telling people multiple times that Trump is VERY scared to debate Kamala, he shows us that he actually is.. Debates are not about who you are running against, but what your policies will do for the American people. If you cannot go on stage and debate without being able to focus 100% on attacking the other person, then maybe you aren't meant to be President.

I did enjoy how ABC said the debate would continue with or without Trump. So this should be interesting to see Kamala alone on the stage. I assume Trump would try to hold a rally or something, to try to take away MAGA's attention from it. Or maybe Trump will get a spine and rejoin and try to defend his policies?

So will Trump get a spine at the last second, hide and post on TS, or maybe even hold a rally in hopes it will take attention away (it wont)?

Well Biden already dodged a 2nd debate in dramatic fashion. Trump can't even commit to debating the person who won the primaries or who won the convention, and Harris hasn't taken a single vote to earn any of the presumed status bestowed upon her, just a smoke filled room magically turned her into the new candidate overnight
There's no precedent for any of this, you aren't asking about how JD Vance will debate Harris's VP because we don't even know who the hell that is yet
