The Ukrainian army is stretched to the limit while the Russian army is still building up (reports of "silent ongoing mobilization"). The advantage that Ukraine had before is nullified, the mix of newly announced Western weapons cannot change the inevitable (mix of various platforms is problematic and will take months to arrive anyways).
