lets duel and stuff too

im thinking about building a rouge with

10 home thrust
10 fortitude
10 soccer kicker
10 stealth
10 quick attack
6 forward dash
6 retreat
7 infection
10 brutal scud
10 dual wield mastrey

but i dunno what gear i should go for.....

Choose forward dash or retreat, not both. You don't need that much mobility, especially if you plan to open with Stealth.

You only want 5 or 7 in Quick Attack, depending on whether you plan on using daggers or swords, 5 for daggers, 7 for swords. This will be enough to get you to the 1.0s speed breakpoint for your weapons.

do you have anything in mind for a mystic build?

i put a lot of points in burning meteor, only to realize that i dont like the spell too much. it dosent stun long enough or have good range.
