Meh, I'm losing interest in Requiem, and here's why:

1. No storyline
2. Huge, empty maps; the game seems to have virtually no players (which suggests it might go under, so I don't want to waste my time)
3. Very difficult to solo, especially as SH (I can take one mob at a time if I kite them, but in dense areas this is impossible)
4. Extremely repetitive attack skills (At level 13, I have only 1 skill I use, 2 at most)
5. Items barely change character appearance
6. All I have to look forward to is a massive grindfest for which I pretty much have to pay real money on a monthly basis

The graphics are gorgeous, the ragdoll motions are wonderful, but the game itself is just lacking in so many places.

Anyone have responses to these?

As said before, I gave up on this game since some weeks...

1. Dunno, i dont really care about storyline. grind, quest, xp, lvl, items, pvp, gvg
2. Well starter maps are pretty empty i guess, its getting better if u come into 2x map, but yes, i think this game is loosing players.
3. umh, dunno which games u play, but its normal that u cant take on many enemies in early lvls. but agreed, its hard to tank many monsters solo, and yes SH is not that easy to lvl in early lvls, but when hes getting his second pet, its going ti be better.
4. yap.... some classes have not many skills, like mages and tempest using elec bolt only for solo grind
5. hm they do slightly, but not in lower lvls maybe
6. So far... YEP, agreed. pvp is somehow broken, gvg is not included, no guildhalls or smth, needed premium for grind....

its not that i want to say dont play the game, but expect to have some hard time somehow.

Let's hope the patch on Thursday is a good one, eh?

The video at that link makes Xenoa look pretty badass, and hopefully they'll fix some bugs and other issues.
