This group is going to be a dedicated group playing Afternoons and Evenings on Eastern Time Zone type schedule. Loot will be distributed somewhat like wow master looter anyone that has a problem with this is not welcome, So far the team is sold with #3 and #6 slots being a certian type of toon that makes or breaks this team!
Ex. Basicly im not looking for #1 Ladder spot i know some are but with this group make up and build as long as we all play together and not run off doing our own things or pug we will be #1-20 For sure with limited play here is my plan on how to.
Basicly im going to be doing A ton of Chaos / Baal runs with a group of people WITHOUT Rushing them to get Temp bans realm downs or getting killed we are going to be getting plenty of experience while getting a ton of great gear for everyone. My basic Rules are going to be somewhat that of loot master on Wow, I will be hosting the runs with RL Friends so i will be in charge of distributing items to all the other players (I AM NOT GREEDY) dont worry i would rather have a solid long term group then to Ninja the first godly item we get becuase there will be plenty of High runes and items to come with this build.

Now with this build im going to max out the amount of MF on my sorc for last hits giving us plenty of loot, then we will distribute items accordingly to the ones that need it the most, for instance Hoz drops, Obviously i dont take it it goes to a pally if you are committed to a paladin then you will be the one to get it, If you start to not show up or think you would rather do something else then the other paladin would get it, Basicly its a simple way of making a solid group allowing all of us to get geared And be compliant with each other
