so is duping still rampant? or is the drop rate just much higher?

no diping and drop rate is ok maybe lil higher then normal

The Drop Rate was increased if you had read the patch notes. In that same little place you will notice the following information

- Fixed an item dupe bug.
- Increased the drop rate of high runes.

i did notice that but who really knows if they actually followed through thats why i asked

imo they followed thru with it i got a vex out of a chest last nite
