theres no second mod on this? its just an artisans dusk shroud = magic (blue)? then most likely should return to whence u purchased it (aka sell to charsi)

actually its not the same as reg (it will NOT work for runewords). the only reason ppl want 3 os dusk is for making runewords with. a 4 os dusk (gray) beats this any day as there is one more socket to use. just sell to charsi and look for one that also has life on it. gl to u

IT is a blue 3s with no mods. so pritty much its a reg 3s ds

You can't make any runeword in it. All its good for is putting pgems in, which once again, is useless.
