I think...

more mf... more dr with occy shako, but less damage and fcr

better damage with tals set.. and faster fcr... but less mf... Nice looking.

Moi j'irais pour une tal set sorc... car c'est moins dispendieux.
Sinon a mon avis la deuxième option est meilleure, tu va chercher + de dr.
